Do you wonder how the Ipod or the Wii ideas
and design came about? Do you know how Google Maps, or the unmanned
Stanford robotic car works?
Do you have dreams of creating the next
big idea that could become a company like Apple, Google or Facebook?
Are you inspired to create a social enterprise by
entrepreneurs that have radically changed how we are able to provide
books, order food, or share information and photos, as the startups
Benetech, Better World Books, Revolution Foods, Youtube, or Flickr
have done?
If so, become a student at
Camp BizSmart: So You Want to Be an Entrepreneur, July 28th
– August 8th, held at the state of the art technology
center, Krause Center for
Innovation and be inspired
by successful entrepreneurs.
Camp BizSmart is an innovative entrepreneurial
and leadership camp, that lets its students gain hands-on, real
world business experience for 2 weeks this summer.
Students learn how to turn their ideas
for unique products and services into reality by conceiving,
planning, marketing and implementing an actual money making business
project.
By the end of the camp, students will have a
better understanding of what it takes to run a business, but more
importantly to know that the sky is the limit when fulfilling one’s
entrepreneurial spirit and dreams.
