Will Scientia schools be accredited?

Yes. We will apply for accreditation from NIPSA, the National Independent Private School Association, and WASC, The Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

Will Scientia School teachers be certified?

Scientia teachers will meet all state requirements for private school teachers. Each teacher must pass a rigorous Scientia interview and screening process.

Will Scientia schools have small class sizes?

Our class size will be 25 – 30 students. However, since we will be project based, students will have significantly more interaction with all teachers and other students than in regular schools. The student/teacher ratio will be about 25/1.

Why is the school so small?

Our research shows that small high schools (less than 400 students), are a much more effective learning environment.

What will your teachers be like?

Our “top-notch” teachers will be hired for their passion, communication and leadership skills, creativity, knowledge of subject and real life entrepreneurial and business, science and math experience.

Will Scientia have a football team?

Football team no, project teams yes

Will Scientia have other sports?

Absolutely. Each student will be involved in a club sport or activity that they chose through local gyms and health clubs. Progress will be tracked and grades issued in compliance with state guidelines
